- Application Support - EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management Systems)
Our client, a large government department is seeking an experienced Application Support specialist who will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management Systems) application support
Essential Experience:
- Experience writing complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions
- Database optimization skills to improve database performance ie SQL statement tuning/profiling
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills to isolate, diagnose and resolve database, application and environment problems using a variety of mediums (ie monitoring knowledge bases and contacting suppliers)
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2005 & MS SQL Server 2008
- Experience implementing and maintaining EDRMS
- Experience providing EDRMS 2nd and 3rd level support
- Experience in planning/implementing Operating, SQL, and third party system upgrades
- Experience in planning/implementing data and file migrations from differing architectures using SQL scripts and custom built applications.
- Demonstrated Experience in Windows 7, Windows XP, Server 2003 and Server 2008 and the Microsoft Desktop environment
Desired Skills:
- SQL Server certification
- Knowledge/Experience with EDRMS suite OpenText DM/RM
- Registry Scripting, vbscripts or similar
- Experience Configuring and troubleshooting Network Printers
- Office Macros
- IIS experience
- .NET
