Network L1:
Call Logging, updates & Resolution in Tool.
Basic knowledge of routing protocols as RIP, EIGRP, BGP & OSPF
Vendor Coordination/ Following up with Vendors for Call Resolution.
Maintaining Inventory for N/W Devices.
Configure, Test & Maintain LAN, WAN equipments & related services.
Identifies, diagnoses & resolves N/W problems.
In depth knowledge of LAN/ WAN communications, network hardwares such as CISCO Routers, Ethernet Switches, bridges, Gateways & Firewalls.
Maintaining Daily Checklist for wireless devices.
Configures switches routers & firewall devices with the help of sr. engineer.
Familiar with Firewall & network securities.
Works on IP & network topologies.
CCNA Certified.
Graduate, BE preferable.
